Description: "CMEIAS was developed by the MSU Center for Microbial Ecology as a scientific software package to strengthen microscopy-based approaches for understanding microbial ecology. The first release ver. 1.27 operates in the free program UTHSCSA ImageTool as a PC-based image analysis application that analyzes and classifies most microbial morphotypes in digital images of microbial communities.
