| 1 (6 1/2 ounces) can | water-packed tuna |
| 1 | stalk celery, finely chopped |
| 1 | apple, unpeeled, washed and diced |
| 2 tablespoons | low fat yogurt |
| 1 tablespoon | lemon juice |

- Drain tuna and put in mixing bowl.
- Add celery and apple to tuna.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix.

| NOTES: Variation: Light mayonnaise can be used instead of yogurt.Serving Suggestion: Great as a salad on lettuce leaves, or try it on crackers as a snack. |
