| 1 cup | elbow macaroni, uncooked |
| 1/2 | onion, chopped |
| 1/4 | green pepper, chopped |
| 1/2 pound | ground turkey |
| 1 (16 ounces) can | tomatoes |
| 1 can | tomato soup |
| 4 ounces | shredded cheese |

Instructions |

- saucepan
- frying pan with cover
- mixing spoon
- grater
- strainer or colander

- Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
- Brown turkey with onion and green pepper in frying pan.
- Add tomatoes, tomato soup and macaroni.
- Bring to a boil then lower the heat and simmer 15-20 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat, add shredded cheese and cover.
- Let cheese melt and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
